Refund Policy

In accordance with EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

✅ The 14-day return right applies to:

  • Standard, non-customized products
  • Physical goods that are unused and returned in original condition and packaging

❌ Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

According to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    These items are made to order and are considered “customized goods” with a clearly personal character.
